Fitch Training - Careers
Fitch Training offers great opportunities for both trainers and members of staff. We have a proven track record of year on year growth within the business and in order to continue this we need to grow the whole team.
Fitch Training, being part of the Fitch Group, can tap into the resources of a large company while retaining the feel and dynamism of a small one. When they are not training, our trainers can choose to work at home if they wish. The business team works together in our London headquarters and in our New York office.
The mind-set at Fitch Training, and throughout the entire Fitch Group, is one of team work and co-operation. For a new joiner this means the support of a committed team and the opportunity to have your voice heard.

Testimonials from Fitch Training employees
RMBS and Consumer ABS Trainer, New York
Facilitating learning and helping people to be more effective in their work roles is hugely rewarding. Fitch Training has always emphasised quality and consistency and our Trainers continually develop new case studies, exercises and examples to bring the training to life. On a personal level, I have found that consulting for Fitch Training has allowed me to work in the structured finance field while giving me the flexibility to pursue other interests.
Head of Marketing
I have been with Fitch Training for nearly two years and find it a great place to work. There is a team cohesion that I have not experienced before. Working within a very flat structure has the advantage of gaining exposure to - and learning from - very experienced individuals. The team I head is talented and committed making my role easy to deliver on.
Administration Team Supervisor
I have been working for Fitch Training for over three years. I am lucky enough to work with a great team of people who come from diverse backgrounds. We all give 100% and are committed to delivering the highest quality service. Our lives are made simpler by working with a group of trainers who understand that helping us to do our jobs to a high standard enables them to deliver the best possible service to our clients.
Marketing Executive, New York
My experience at Fitch Training has been wonderfully positive and fulfilling from the very first day. It is a great thrill to work in their first US office, partaking in the company's growth and braving new challenges. I have encountered nothing but professionalism, team spirit and extraordinary support from my colleagues in London. My marketing role has introduced a new world to me, but most importantly I am happy and inspired by what I do.
